We started Bomba Paella with a single idea in mind. Prepare and serve a great paella as if it were our own event. From the time you first contact us until the time we leave, our approach is to put ourselves in your shoes. Personally, we love to have great parties and we want your next event to have all the care and attention to detail you would experience as a guest at our house.
We offer authentic open-fire paella. Made with only the freshest ingredients. Everything from our use of Bilbao Chorizo, Bomba Rice, Jumbo Shrimp, and Spanish Olive oil makes this authentic Paella one of the best options for a large party or private dinner party.
