Tarta de Santiago

A delicious Spanish almond cake (gluten-free). Served with poached pear or seasonal fruit and topped with a creme fraiche whipped cream.

Our Cheese and Charcuterie selection represents our commitment to using the best ingredients from The Good Company Cheese in Newberg, Providore Fine Foods in Portland and, baguettes from Grand Central Bakery. Actual cheeses will vary based on availability and flavor. Typically we choose 2-3 hard cheeses, a soft cheese and a blue.

How it Works….

We offer several types of paella: Mixta (chicken, seafood, chorizo), Seafood and Vegan. You can also choose your ingredients to accommodate any dietary needs you may have.

What is included in our pricing.

Included:

  • Paella of your choice, Salad and Bread

  • Disposable plates and stainless steel flatware

  • All staffing required for food preparation and buffet set up

  • Equipment needed for food preparation

  • Table for buffet service

Not Including.

  • Busing services

  • Rental Services (no tables, chairs, china etc)

  • Staffing Services

  • Beverage & Bar Service

Pricing

  • We charge based on the number guests and pans required. Your cost per guest could go up or down based on how many pans are needed and the number of guests. There is a flat fee for set up and a charge per guest.

  • Payment or deposit of 50% of the total due upon quote and contract acceptance to secure the event date.

  • Changes to your contracted guest count may significantly alter your final price. We suggest a more conservative guest count in your estimation.

  • Payment types accepted. Check (preferred) and Venmo.

  • Final payment must provided when arriving and prior to our setup.

  • Generally we do not charge for setup since this has been included in the fees above. Exceptions will occur if additional time is required for setup

Setup and Space Requirement

  • Our service has the additional benefit of providing a great show for your guests. Consider starting your event 2 hours prior to service to view the preparation of your paella and our live cooking production.

  • During the winter it is recommended to serve our paella as close to completion as possible due to the lower temperatures. We generally serve within 5-10 minutes of your requested time of service.

  • Where we setup to cook is also where we serve.

  • We request a single power outlet.

  • The more lighting and illumination the better

  • The less wind and rain exposure the better.

  • Here is a short video showing the amount of space needed.

Please note.

  • As the season gets busy, we try our best to stay on top of requests. If we have not received your deposit and you have received an invoice as confirmation, your event is not fully booked.

  • Paella is gluten-free

  • We cannot guarantee against food allergies since some utensils may come in contact with shellfish and bread

  • The space requirements range from 20’ X 20’ for paella preparation as well as ample space to park truck and trailer. Our prices assume we are able to keep all gear, trucks and buffet area in close approximation.

  • Please advise us prior to event if the terrain is narrow, steep or space is minimal.

  • A confirmed head count must be provided 14 days prior to event date.
